Welcome to New Horizons:
Advancing Pediatric HIV Care
New Horizons is a collaborative initiative that is working to build awareness, inspire action, advance learning, and implement change to address the unmet needs of HIV treatment-experienced children, adolescents, and young adults in sub-Saharan Africa. We use an integrated approach to improve HIV care through medicine donations in countries with the highest burden of HIV among children and youth.
We support health systems by collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders, including national governments, community-based organizations, health care providers, and youth leaders. Through careful planning, a robust donation program, and technical assistance, New Horizons is able to identify and help address gaps in health systems and decentralize care to help meet the needs of children, adolescents, and young adults living with HIV.
We invite Ministries of Health in sub-Saharan Africa or those countries considered to be least developed as defined by the United Nations to partner with us to improve and scale-up HIV/AIDS treatment for children, adolescents, and young adults and improve access to HIV/AIDS medicines in their countries.
Please contact us if you have any questions about the program, or if you are interested in learning more.
